Primary supports holding part of the primary. Still need to add more turns to the primary because my tuning point is at about 14 to 15 turns and this is only 11 turns.

Purpose for this Blog

Welcome to my Tesla Coil place. The purpose of this blog is show the progress of my Tesla Coil upgrade that I am working on to take my old 2 kW 4.5" secondary Tesla Coil and optimizing it for the 2 kW power supply by making a larger 8.5" secondary. I will hopefully post a lot of pictures to help visualize my progress. I also will post miscellaneous stuff that may be on my mind. Hope you enjoy this blog.
